Poppy Seed Chicken

This is one of our favorite dishes and is very easy to make.

2-3 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream

Topping: (mix together)
1-2 packages Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 stick margarine (melted)
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Cook and cube chicken breasts. Mix together soup, sour cream, chicken broth. Add chicken and mix. Pour in to 9 x 13 pan and top with crumb mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve over rice.

Momma Bee, you forgot to list the sour cream on this recipe. You can go back and edit it if you need too. Great recipes! you are a great cook, especially having to make gluten-free foods for your hubby. Thanks for taking good care of him.
